Investing in Families (IIF) workshops are 2 hours in length. Workshops will cover the following topics:

Investing In Families (IIF) presents a workshop delivered by Parks, Forestry & Recreation and Toronto Public Health staff. Why recreation? General information session that informs parents the benefits of recreation and Toronto Public Health services for families.
The Healthy Eating Workshops are designed for parents and caregivers of children birth to 6 years. Workshops are led by Community Nutrition Educators and offered in many languages to Indigenous and multicultural communities. Interactive discussions and activities help participants to provide healthy foods to their young children.
