IIF presents a workshop that will cover the benefits of establishing healthy routines for families and children when getting ready to attend school and tips for establishing routines.

Participants will learn healthy strategies on how to:

• Manage stress
• Develop self-care practices, which will include the importance of sleep and physical activities
• Tip on organizing your day
• Develop healthy eating habits
• Be able to identify healthy relationships
