A settlement counsellor will provide support in areas such as immigration, taxes, health, applications, housing, referrals to City services and social assistance. General information will be provided on English classes, childcare, clothing/food banks and more.

Elizabeth Fry Toronto will assess eligibility for and support all eligible clients through the Record Suspension Program. They will cover the cost of the application processing fee and will support clients to successfully submit their application to the Parole Board of Canada.
These meetings are scheduled for 30 min on a first come first serve basis.

An ID worker from Partners for Access and Identification Project will assist individuals with no permanent address to secure identification documents such as:
- Birth Registration,
- Canadian Birth Certificate (wallet size),
- Verification of Status replacements (formerly known as Record of Landing), and
- Ontario Health Card
**Available first Wednesdays of each month from 1-3pm. Please check in at the front counter.

Service Canada Representative will provide support for Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan (including Disability), Old Age Security, Guaranteed Income Supplement, Canada Child Benefits, Canada Learning Bond, Canada Dental Plan as well as process Social Insurance Numbers on site. Support on Youth, Newcomer and Indigenous Services are also available
