Client Advisory groups, comprised of staff and clients, will provide input and guidance on changes to policies, programs and initiatives to ensure the services delivered by TESS are relevant, accessible, equitable and informed by the client experience. 

• Foster engagement in order to ensure collaborative and productive working relationships between service users and TESS staff
• Advocate on behalf of vulnerable community members
• Identify service delivery issues and make recommendations for improvements 
• Provide a mechanism whereby information and experiences can be identified at a local level in order to obtain community-specific input and to identify service needs and issues
