This in-person event brings together seniors living in Rexdale and surrounding communities, providing information and supports that promote healthy and active living
Join us at North Kipling Community Centre; 2 Rowntree Road. 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Objective:
Opportunity to engage with older adults, their families, to share information on services and support available to them such as Health Screening Clinics, Healthy Living Workshops etc…
Mini-workshop from 11:30 – 12:00 noon
- Toronto Police Service will provide fraud protection tips and defense techniques
- Toronto District School Board will share Seniors Education
