A settlement counsellor will help newcomers access information about settlement services and programs, and provide support with filling out government forms and applications.

To provide information and referral services about education and language classes, immigration matters, social assistance, pensions, health services, housing, childcare supports, recreational activities, Canadian citizenship, Employment Insurance, and other community and government programs.
