The Partners for Access and Identification (PAID) program helps people who are homeless apply for identification

Walk-in, Client must register at Front counter and be added to the sign-in sheet. Clients will be called on first come, first serve basis. 

PAID can help with the following types of identification:

• Canadian Birth Certificate (Wallet size)
• Verification of Status (Record of Landing)
• Birth Registration
• Ontario Health Card and 
• Ontario Photo ID Card  

This is a drop-in service, first come first served.
