Objective:
Provide onsite support in accessing Healthcare services
Support in completing the initial screening process for Primary Care
Streamline the intake and referral process for Primary Care Providers (family doctors)
Enhance understanding of eligibility requirements for Primary Care
Provide support with accessing Allied Health Care
Provide support with accessing Wellness Programs
Walk ins welcome from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
