Clients can meet one on one with a Caseworker for individualized supports. The Bridging Horizons program is open to Black, African and Caribbean newcomers with status in Canada.
Objective:
Support all Racialized groups who meet the following:
- Canadian Permanent Residents (arrived within the last 6 years)
- Protected Persons
- Convention Refugees
- Work Permit holders with approved Permanent Residency applications
- Study Permit holders enrolled in the Francophone Minority Communities Pilot Program
