Toronto Public Health’s OAT program provides outreach and stabilization supports for individuals with opioid use disorder.
Objective:
• Services are available to all adults living with opioid use disorder who are seeking treatment.
• One-on-one support with developing personalized treatment plans and accessing healthcare, counseling, and social services.
