Streets to Homes Street Outreach Counsellors (SOCs), will attend this office once a month to provide Case Management support to TESS clients that have No Fixed Address and are sleeping outside.     

Streets to Homes provides Case Management and Housing Supports to people experiencing homelessness who are sleeping outdoors, with a focus on establishing supportive relationships as a first step to addressing their immediate health and safety needs and providing supports to move into housing.
