North York Community House will be hosting a free tax clinic at Yorkgate Employment and Social Services.
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please contact your caseworker to register.
Objective:
Appointments will last 30 minutes for individuals, and 60 minutes for families. Please bring the following to your appointment:
- Two pieces of government-issued ID
- All tax information slips (T4, T4A, T5007, etc.)
- Tuition fees paid receipt (T2202A)
- Rent receipt or letter from landlord or property tax bill
- Exact date of arrival for newcomers
- For newcomers, the total income earned in Canadian dollars from work in their home country or other countries
- Direct deposit information
- Medical expenses receipts
- Most recent CRA notice of assessment 2024
