Toronto Employment and Social Services is partnering with Toronto Paramedic Services to offer a 16-month training that will help Ontario Works/ODSP recipients prepare for a job as a paramedic.

Objective:
This virtual information session for Ontario Works recipients who are interested and qualify for the Paramedics training program.
This session will provide detailed program information, qualifications and expectations to participate and an opportunity to meet Paramedic instructors and hear from graduates.
To qualify for the program individuals must meet ALL criteria:
- Be in receipt of OW/ODSP/OW Participating
- Living in Toronto
- Full "G" license with 2 years of driving experience
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma/ GED with advanced Science, Math, English
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Fluent in English
- Clear criminal record and clean driving abstract
- Physically and mentally fit and be willing to do shift work
