PLEASE NOTE: Due to a life-threatening allergy, please do not bring any carrots or carrot products with you to this building. Please share this message with anyone else you might invite to this office, in order to ensure a safe environment for all.

An ID worker from Partners for Access and Identification Project will assist individuals with no permanent address to secure identification documents such as:

• Birth Registration,
• Canadian Birth Certificate (wallet size),
• Verification of Status replacements (formerly known as Record of Landing), and
• Ontario Health Card

**Available first Wednesdays of each month from 1-3pm. Please check in at the front counter. 

To help vulnerable people get the identification they need to access health care, sources of income such as pensions, and other services.
