Objective:
Identify the 4 Resume Styles and the Most Appropriate Style to Format Your Resume that includes Applicant Tracking Systems, ATS. (Formatting and Content)
Writing a Resume that will get through the ATS Scanners and make it onto a pair of human eyes, and with the correct content, targeted to the position.
List Categories of Skills to Feature in Your Resume. This includes Technical (Hard Skills) & Interpersonal Aspects (Soft Skills), Transferrable Skills and Characteristics and Attributes (check the posting carefully for clues)
Write an effective Accomplishment Statements using the formula of C.A.R. or P.A.R. on your resume and for answers to behavioral interview questions.
Write and implement an effective Opening Statement that answers the question, “Tell Me About Yourself”.
List and implement the 5 things to cover during the Closing.
Understand the MOTIVATION, COMMITMENT and EFFORT required to be prepared to perform well during an Interview.
