The Queensway Employment & Social Services is currently seeking 20 newcomer women aged 18-50 to participate in an exciting 7-week program designed to support immigrant women as they settle, connect, and build skills for success.

 

Objective:

Program Topics Include:

• Accessing financial resources and supports
• Employment preparation and job search strategies
• Building personal and professional networks
• Reducing social isolation
• Finding stable housing
• Accessing health care and community services

 

Program Details:

Dates: Oct 27 - Dec 9, 2026 (1st meeting on Oct 27th will be held virtually) 
Schedule: Wednesdays (In Person)
Location: The Queensway Employment & Social Services - 779 The Queensway (Community Centre)
