Jennifer King

Jennifer is a proud resident of South Riverdale and has been on the RTC Board since 2011. Since joining the Board she has served as Chair of the Board Development and Nominations Committee, member of the Fundraising and Marketing Committee, and member of the Personnel Committee. Jennifer has been the Vice President of the Board in 2012 and again in 2015, and was the President of the Board in 2014. Jennifer is engaged in community health issues and environmental advocacy in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors since growing up on her family’s organic farm in BC. In addition to serving on the RTC board, she is active in other local activities including serving as a member of the soil planning group for the TTC construction at Leslie and Lakeshore, and as a member of a group planning a community garden at Matty Eckler park. Jennifer works as a lawyer practicing civil litigation.
