Eric Shuell
Eric grew up on the ice and field at Ted Reeve Arena. He played in the community house league, suited up for the Ted Reeve Thunder in the Greater Toronto Hockey League, and played rugby on the adjacent field while attending Malvern Collegiate. Now a Sales executive at SAP, he previously held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services and Amazon. A McGill University graduate and former varsity rugby player, Eric also served as President of Right to Play McGill and Chair of Movember, leading student driven campaigns that raised funds for men's health. He co-founded Open Canvas, a Toronto-based nonprofit music and arts festival focused on accessible creative programming. Eric stays active through rugby with the Bay Street Pigs and playing pickup hockey across the city whenever he can. Fluent in French and experienced in both Toronto and Montreal, he brings a youthful perspective, a deep commitment to community, and a desire to contribute to the long-term vision and future of the Ted Reeve Arena.The current and historical agencies or bodies for which this member is appointed.
