Jay has spent the past two decades assisting organizations develop, execute, and measure their diversity & inclusion strategies. With extensive experience across private, public, and not-for profit sectors, he often infuses an Indigenous lens within his work and leadership style. He is deeply committed and passionate about inclusive community building and people. Jay has held progressively senior roles across various HR functions including; talent management, talent acquisition, and HR shared services. He is a sought-after speaker and has presented internationally on Indigenous Inclusion, Reconciliation, and Gender Balanced Leadership.
