I just received my street allowance rental invoice. However, I have already sold my property. Should I forward this invoice to the new property owner(s)?

No. Please contact our office at 416-392-7768 and speak to one of our staff to arrange for the transfer of the off-street permit privileges.



I am planning to sell my house this calendar year. Should I pay this invoice in full?

Yes. Pay the full amount and contact our office at 416-392-7768 once you have sold the property to arrange for a refund of the remaining balance of your account.



I now have a valid disabled parking permit issued by the Ministry of Transportation Office. Am I still required to pay an annual fee?

Yes. You are still required to pay the full annual fee.



Can I renew a permit through the Internet for someone else?

Yes. You can pay the street allowance rental invoice for someone else. You will require the account number to renew the permit.



My spouse has paid for our off-street parking permit and I mistakenly paid for the same permit online. What should I do?

Please contact one of our staff at 416-392-7768 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Provide the staff with your confirmation number as this number is required to trace your payment. If you do not have your confirmation number, you may need to contact your VISA/ MasterCard/ American Express office for the information before contacting our office.



What do I retain as my proof of payment? Will a receipt be mailed out to me?

Your confirmation number is your proof of payment. No other receipt will be mailed to you.
