The Board of Directors of TO Live:

1. Re-opened Item CT18.3 - Grant Applications with respect to the disposition of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 19, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.

2. Amended its decision by adding a new Part 3 as follows:

3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 19, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety as it contains financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

At its last meeting on December 11, 2025, the Board of Directors of TO Live adopted Item CT18.3. There was no decision made regarding the confidential attachment to the staff report. TO Live staff are recommending that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it contains financial information supplied in confidence the Board of Directors of TO Live. By re-opening this item, I am requesting that the Board of Directors of TO Live make a decision on the disposition of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 19, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live in Item CT18.3.
