1. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, to submit a grant application to the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund program, together with all necessary supporting documentation, to support improvements to the rehearsal halls at the Meridian Arts Centre and Meridian Hall.
2. Endorsed TO Live's commitment to provide matching funds equivalent to the contribution requested from the Canada Cultural Spaces Fund.
