1. Approved the President and Chief Executive Officer's goal achievements from 2025, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 9, 2026) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Approved the President and Chief Executive Officer’s goals for 2026, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (March 9, 2026) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 and 2 to the report (March 9, 2026) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. remain confidential in its entirety as it contains personal matters about an identifiable individual, including City of Toronto or Board employees.
