Committee Decision
The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with UNIFOR 2003E, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 20, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 20, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is pertains to labour relations and employee negotiations.
