City Council on June 14 and 15, 2023, adopted the following:
1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the CreateTO Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2027, and until successors are appointed:
Ron Carinci, as Chair
Marcie Zajdeman
2. City Council re-appoint the following candidates, upon their appointment to the CreateTO Board, to the Boards of Directors of Build Toronto and the Port Lands Company, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, and until successors are appointed:

Marcie Zajdeman
3. City Council re-appoint the following members of the CreateTO Board to the Boards of Directors of Build Toronto and the Port Lands Company, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending October 2, 2024, and until successors are appointed:
Marni Dicker
Dennis Fotinos
Sandra Levy
4. City Council re-appoint the following member of the CreateTO Board to the Boards of Directors of Build Toronto and the Port Lands Company, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending March 10, 2025, and until a successor is appointed:
Allison Mendes
5. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 18, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
