City Council on March 21, 2013, adopted the following:

 

A.        City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario that it has no objection to the following requests for:

 -          The Factory Theatre, 125 Bathurst Street; and

 -          The Tarragon Theatre, 30 Bridgman Avenue.

 

8.         Temporary liquor licence extensions/licensed areas for the establishments participating in The Taste of Little Italy, listed in the letter (February 15, 2013) from C.J. Graham-Nutter, to be held on College Street between Bathurst and Shaw Streets; and to the presence of beverage gardens on the following dates:

 

Friday, June 14, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. on June 15, 2013;

Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. on June 16, 2013;

Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

 

B.        City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission that temporary liquor licence extensions from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. each day, during the Toronto Beer Week Festival to be held from September 13 to 21, 2013, were not approved for the following:

 

              a.       The Monarch Tavern, 12 Clinton Street; and

              b.       The Victory Café, 581 Markham Street – Patio only.

 

C.        City Council advise the Alcohol and Gaming Commission that temporary extensions until 4:00 a.m., during the North by Northeast Music and Film Festival and Conference to be held from June 13 to June 17, 2013, were not approved for the following establishments:
