City Council Decision
City Council on May 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2013, adopted the following:
1. City Council grant permission to Insight Productions' request to rappel from the West Tower Roof onto the Podium Green Roof of City Hall.
2. City Council require the various events to compensate the City of Toronto through the Facilities Management Division for all the City of Toronto costs associated with the event.
