Cynthia Lynch

Cynthia Lynch is currently the Managing Director and Counsel at FilmOntario. Before that, she spent over 10 years at the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC), most recently as the Manager of Research and Strategic Planning. In this role, she oversaw the Agency's research and policy program. In 2012, Cynthia left the OMDC to pursue legal studies at the University of Ottawa, where she focused on intellectual property and technology law. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016.
