Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to permit three towers of 65, 75 and 96 storeys above the existing designated heritage College Park building, which will form the base of the towers. A total of 2,334 residential units are proposed, including the replacement of 210 existing rental units, 34 additional rental replacement units, and 2,090 additional dwelling units.

This land is also subject to an application under the Planning Act for Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion, Application Number: 25 191186 STE 11 RH.
