Application to Amend the Zoning By-law to
permit three towers of 65, 75 and 96 storeys above the existing designated
heritage College Park building, which will form the base of the towers. A total
of 2,334 residential units are proposed, including the replacement of 210
existing rental units, 34 additional rental replacement units, and 2,090
additional dwelling units.
