NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE A HOLDING SYMBOL (H) FROM ZONING BY-LAW 1187-2022 (OLT)

(Under the Planning Act)

The City has received the following application under Section 36 of the Planning Act:

DESCRIPTION

The application to amend Zoning By-law 1187-2022 (OLT) to remove the Holding Symbol (H) on the eastern portion of the site to permit a 16-storey mixed-use building comprised of residential and commercial uses at grade, and residential uses above. A further explanation of the effect of the removal of the holding symbol (H) is noted on the map below.

You may send written comments by mail or email to the Planner noted above. Your written comments must be submitted no later than June 14, 2024 to be considered by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate. A decision by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate as to whether to remove the Holding Symbol (H) will occur no earlier than July 16, 2024.
