DESCRIPTION

 

The application is to amend Zoning By-law 1289-2023 to remove a holding symbol (H) at 403 Keele Street, 48-50 Heintzman Street to permit the development of a new 11-storey mixed-use building.

Your written comments must be submitted no later than August 9, 2024 to be considered by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate. A decision by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning or designate as to whether to remove the holding symbol (H) will occur no earlier than September 17, 2024.
