Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit the redevelopment of the subject site with a mixed-use development consisting of 36 and 40-storey residential towers on a shared six-storey podium, a 665 square metre stratified park at the southeast corner of the site and landscaped mid-block connection connecting Sheppard Avenue East to Singer Court. The proposal includes a total of 950 residential units, with 63,304 square metres of gross floor area, including 2,882 square metres of non-residential gross floor area.
