Board Decision

The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:

Authorized the Director, Capital Program and Sustainability, or her designate, to award and enter into a Construction Agreement with a qualified construction firm for the Orangutan Indoor Habitat project at a purchase price as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 9, 2026) from the Director, Capital Program and Sustainability, Toronto Zoo.

2. Authorized the public release of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 9, 2026) from the Director, Capital Program and Sustainability, Toronto Zoo, following the closing of any purchase transaction.
