Commission Decision
The TTC Board:
1. Adopted the recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 and authorized that the information remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including a municipal or local board employee.
Summary
As set out in its Terms of Reference, the People, Culture and Governance Committee, on an annual basis, establishes clear performance objectives for the CEO, reviews the CEO’s annual performance objectives and recommend the objectives to the TTC Board for approval and completes the annual performance evaluation of the CEO as required by the CEO’s employment contract, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement, and reporting results to the TTC Board.
The evaluation of the CEO shall include, to the extent feasible, an assessment on behalf of the Board of the integrity of the CEO and the culture of integrity established by the CEO.
