Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation and removal of on-street accessible parking spaces at the locations identified in Attachment 1 to the report (June 19, 2026) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
2. Amended parking regulations required in Chapter 903 as generally described in Attachment 2 to the report (June 19, 2026) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is requesting approval for the installation and removal of on-street accessible parking spaces for persons with disabilities.
During the investigation, Transportation Services discovered conflicting by-laws and parking signage on Windermere Avenue. Recommendation 2 will rectify these inconsistencies.
