Community Council Decision

The Scarborough Community Council:

 

1. Approved the implementation of a 30 kilometres per hour maximum speed limit on Chelliah Court, between Conlins Road and the east end of Chelliah Court.

 

2. Prohibited parking at all times on the south side of Chelliah Court, between Conlins Road and the east end of Chelliah Court.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is requesting approval to implement appropriate parking and traffic regulations on Chelliah Court. The introduction of these regulations is necessary as Chelliah Court has recently been opened and formally dedicated as a public highway.
