Community Council Decision
The Scarborough Community Council:
1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (ten speed humps) on Banmoor Boulevard, between Bellamy Road North/Cedar Brae Boulevard and Strandhill Road, generally as shown in the Attachment 2 and 3, Drawing Nos. TC-599 and TC-599-1 to the report (December 18, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services
