The Scarborough Community Council:

1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (ten speed humps) on Banmoor Boulevard, between Bellamy Road North/Cedar Brae Boulevard and Strandhill Road, generally as shown in the Attachment 2 and 3, Drawing Nos. TC-599 and TC-599-1 to the report (December 18, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Banmoor Boulevard, between Bellamy Road North/Cedar Brae Boulevard and Strandhill Road. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Banmoor Boulevard.
