Members, I will now review the Order Paper. Once the Order Paper has been approved by Council, any change will need a two‑thirds vote.

The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM43.7 – Review of the Order Paper. If Council adopts any amendments to the Order Paper, they will also be posted with this item.

We have three deferred items before us today: Items TE31.15 and TE31.16, deferred at the April and June meetings of City Council, and Item DM43.1, deferred at the June meeting of City Council.

I’ll ask the Clerk to put the Member Motion up on the screen.

The Mayor has designated Item EX33.33, headed “Making Grocery Prices Fair: Banning Surveillance Pricing in Toronto” as her second Key Matter and first item of business tomorrow.
