February 4, 2026 at 10:49 a.m. - Speaker Nunziata advised Council of the following:
Members, I will now review the Order Paper.
The City Clerk has posted today's Order Paper online, with agenda item RM36.6, Review of the Order Paper.
The City Clerk has noted the Items that Members wish to hold. I will now go through the items to take additional Member holds.
Members, the Mayor has scheduled a second special meeting for 2:00 p.m. today to consider five urgent items.
Here’s how we will manage our time:
When we break for lunch, I will recess the first meeting (Meeting 36) until the conclusion of the second meeting (Meeting 37). When we return at 2:00 p.m., I will call the second meeting to order and we will consider those five urgent items. Then we will resume our first meeting (Meeting 36) and complete that agenda.
