1. Approve the confidential recommendation from the CreateTO - Human Resources Committee.

 

2. Direct that the information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 5, 2026) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential in their entirety, as they deal with personal matters about an identifiable person and with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors, CreateTO.
