The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Approved in principle the revised 2026 annual objectives for the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Report (February 23, 2026) from the Chief Executive Officer, and requested the Chief Executive Officer to report back to the Board of Directors of CreateTO at its next meeting with specific metrics, where applicable, to evaluate the achievement of the objectives.
2. Directed that the information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Report (February 23, 2026) from the Chief Executive Officer, remain confidential in its entirety, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable person and with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors, CreateTO.
