That the Board of Directors of CreateTO recess its public session to meet in closed session to consider the following items:
- RA24.4 - 2025 Performance Appraisal - Chief Executive Officer, as it pertains to Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors, CreateTO.
- RA24.5 - Revised 2026 Annual Objectives - Chief Executive Officer, as it pertains to personal matters about an identifiable person and deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Board of Directors, CreateTO.
That the Board of Directors, CreateTO refer Item RA24.5 to the CreateTO - Human Resources Committee for further consideration.
