Origin

(March 10, 2026) Presentation from the Vice President, Operations, Toronto Parking Authority

Summary

The purpose of this presentation is to provide the Board with an assessment of Bike Share Toronto’s 2025 operational and financial performance, along with key trends shaping the system’s continued growth.

It also presents the 2026 Annual Operating Plan (AOP), which translates the strategic priorities outlined in the Bike Share Toronto 2030 Strategy - Ride More, Connect More into specific operational, financial, and capital initiatives for the coming year.

The Annual Operating Plan serves as the execution bridge between strategy and operations - aligning ridership growth, e-bike expansion, infrastructure investment, and financial performance with the long-term vision of building a larger, more financially sustainable, and customer-focused system that supports the City of Toronto’s mobility and sustainability objectives.
