1. Authorized parking by permit only on a street name basis from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (south) side of St. Cuthberts Road, from Bayview Avenue to Bessborough Drive.
2. Prohibited parking at all times on the north side of St. Cuthberts Road between Bayview Avenue and Bessborough Drive.
