Summary

The Applicant for 34 Medalist Road has requested North York Community Council to exempt their property from the following by-law requirements:

City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447 Section 1.2.B(1) fence in rear yard not to exceed 2.0 metres in height.

The Applicant for 34 Medalist Road is requesting an exemption for their existing wooden fence in rear yard to remain:

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 1st fence panel is a height of 1.19 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 2nd and 3rd fence panel is a height of 2.49 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 4th fence panel are a height of 2.8 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 5th fence panel is a height of 2.78 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 6th fence panel is a height of 2.66 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 7th, 8th and 9th fence panel is a height of 2.80 metres

- Rear fence - Eastern lot line 10th to 13th fence panel is a height of 2.66 metres

Rear yard fencing throughout property 2nd to 13th panels are between 2.66 metres and 2.80 metres high.

Municipal Licensing and Standards Division has inspected the subject property and issued a notice of violation of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 447 Section 1.2.B(1) fence in rear yard not to exceed 2.0 metres in height.
