North York Community Council:

 

1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (three speed humps) on Ruddington Drive, between Cummer Avenue and Wyvern Road, generally as shown in Attachment 2, Drawing Number TC683, dated April 2026, to the report (April 13, 2026) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

Summary

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.

 

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Ruddington Drive, between Cummer Avenue and Wyvern Road. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Ruddington Drive.
