The Nominating Panel - Administrative Penalty must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Administrative Penalty Tribunal. Following the interviews, the Nominating Panel - Administrative Penalty Tribunal will recommend 13 candidates, including a Chair, to City Council, for appointment.
