City Council Decision
City Council on July 29 and 30, 2026, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend its previous decision on Item 2026.MM42.60 by replacing it in its entirety with the following:
1. City Council request the Board of Directors, CreateTO to direct the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO to work with the Executive Director, Housing Development Office to include as part of advancing a strategy for the redevelopment of the City-owned Toronto Builds site at 770 Don Mills Road, that along with a new a new Toronto District Public School, that staff work with Flemingdon Health Centre and The Neighborhood Organization on opportunities to establish dedicated space within this new development to further enhance their service deliver in the Flemingdon and Thorncliffe Park neighbourhoods and report back in the first quarter of 2027 on the outcome of this work.
