The purpose of this report is to advise Etobicoke York Community Council of the conditions of approval for the Site Plan Control application for Woodbine GO and UP Express (UPX) Station, which will apply to the portion of the Subject Site that is owned by Woodbine Entertainment Group. At the time the zoning was approved for the site, City Council directed staff to report back to Etobicoke York Community Council on the Site Plan conditions of approval.
